Happy are the ones who do not take
Advice from those whose hearts have turned astray
Or share the way and company of scoffers in their shame.
Happy are the ones who take delight
In doing what the Lord has said is right
And meditating on the word of God both day and night.
They are trees that grow by living streams
Bearing fruit in season patiently
Everything they do is good. Their leaves are always green.
